Huckleberrys American Diner

Went for birthday meal of ten including 3 kids, staff couldn't be more welcoming. Food was amazing big portions all hot, desserts were to die for. Would highly recommend eating here.

Amazing food, fantastic staff. Went tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were interacting with their customers amazingly. Food was top notch. First time trying corndogs and wow. The pulled pork was divine and burgers very succulent. Would definitely visit again.

Stopped off on our way up to Whitby. Staff were lovely, food was great, and the milkshakes were amazing. As always, I like to try the vanilla milkshake from any establishment I go to that serves one and this one was great! Seems expensive at first but you get a lot for your money. The hot dogs were good, just your typical hot dog but I always love those ones and the portions were massive!!! Never seen so many chips in my life. Will definitely be coming back when we get the chance, hopefully we'll be able to try breakfast at some point as we missed it by a few minutes today.

Group of us visited Huckleberrys when on a weekend away in York. Short drive out from the centre and worth it. 2 of us had the XXL breakfast and it’s certainly an experience. Food was all great quality and the staff friendly and welcoming. Gutted we didn’t have time to come back to try out the main menu or one of their challenges. Will return next time I’m in the area for sure.

Me and my family were travelling when we decided to stop here for some food and to say we were blown away is an understatement! Every aspect of the place is amazing, the staff, the service, the building itself, and of course the food. My family all got very different dishes and all were incredible! We were informed that service may be slightly slow but despite that we were seen to a lot quicker than expected which was great as we were all very hungry! Me and my brother also loved the Stranger Things decorations and thought they definitely added to the nostalgic American atmosphere. Overall a lovely place and will definitely we returning!

This place is a gem of a restaurant portions are huge service is second to none. The owner was friendly and professional and reacted we our kids brilliantly especially our youngest who is autistic. The food it's self is fantastic full of flavour and fresh. It was also good to get an actual American mountain dew not the poor excuse for a European offering. Very well priced for the size of the portions you get if we are ever back this way this will definitely be on our list to visit again.

Really glad I made the detour on my way home from Glasgow. Staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Ample parking outside. Diner has a great feel and atmosphere when you walk in with country music playing and matching decor. The menu has lots of choice and the food was very fairly priced. My order was taken very quick with no hassle and the food came out fairly quick as it was not busy during my time there. This is not a bad thing as the food was well cooked and very fresh feeling. Can definitely tell its local and not generic ribs in a bag type of deal as the sauce had some flavour. The burger was well cooked and still was very juicy the pot of pulled pork made it even better. The fries were excellently cooked nice and crispy even though I left them till last. There was salad and a corn on the cob but I was full at that point and not feeling to healthy. Overall would definitely recommend a detour to visit this location. If you're heading up that way or down.

This is such a fantastic establishment. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I think some of the best waiting staff I have ever come across. Not only that the food was amazing and the desserts were even better. Thank you for such a fantastic time and keep up the amazing work.
